"What's the relationship between UltraMAP and AssetMonitor?"

"UltraMAP is the owner, maintainer, manager of AssetMonitor, so we maintain the software, we maintain the running of the service and make it available to our customers 24/7."

"What happens if it's on the the less palatable days of the year so Christmas Day etc when things go wrong what happens?"

"Our system is there 24/7 so we have a team that work 24 hours a day seven days a week behind the scenes making sure that the system is up and running all of the time."

"AssetMonitor runs in a tier 3 data centre and our database is managed by a team who are constantly analyzing it, so the service is of high integrity so if anything does go wrong there's a team there ready to put it right."

"Where's the team based?"

"Our 24/7 team is based in UK in Slough."
